Here’s how to make a classic cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea using our combined tea leaf blend:
Pour 250ml hot water into teapot and heat it until it boils, then switch to low heat. 2. Add 12g tea leaves into the tea bag and put it into the teapot. You may adjust the ratio slightly to suit your taste. After boiling for 1 minutes, turn off the heat and let it restsfor 8 minutes. 3. Collide the tea leaves and use a teaspoon to stir 8 to 10 times. 4. Reheat the tea to boiling and then turn off the heat. 5. Add 60ml evaporated milk into the cup. 6. Pour tea through the tea bag into the cup.
For an extra-smooth finish, strain the tea through a fine mesh or cloth strainer, as traditionally done in local Hong Kong milk tea shops.
